We first met Jackie in 2010 and realized then that she was a very knowledgeable and experienced Realtor. In September of 2014 we contacted Jackie and asked her to sell our house in Shadow Cliffs, Pleasanton. To maximize the appeal of our house to potential buyers, she suggested that we have the house deep cleaned, painted and professionally staged. Jackie coordinated these activities and the results were excellent. Next was photography, flyer production and publication of our virtual tour, all of which turned out beautifully. We received many offers for our home. Jackie expertly guided us through the process of reviewing offers and negotiating with buyers. After the closing she continued to help us with moving and hauling away stuff we couldn’t take with us. What impressed us the most about Jackie was that she was able to think through all possible issues and come up with satisfying solutions. This made the usually stressful process of selling a home smooth, predictable and even enjoyable.
