Jackie Byerly is an excellent real estate agent who assisted us with all of our needs from beginning to end in the selling of our home. She provided the necessary information for us to understand and make decisions to maximize the sale price of our home, but yet got the home sold relatively quickly during a declining market. She also provided us with guidance and assistance to get our home ready for sale. She followed up on any and all leads, went to extra efforts to market the home, and kept us well informed along the way. Her husband, Mark, is also an excellent photographer who captures the beauty in your home with his professional lens. I believe this also helped to sell our home, as the photography on the internet allows people from out of the area to truly see all that your home has to offer. Someone from out-of-state purchased our home, and I understand they first saw it on the internet. Jackie also sold our neighbor’s home the year prior to ours, and someone from out-of-state also purchased their home which convinces me their marketing techniques and fine photography reach a very wide range of home buyers maximizing your selling opportunities. We moved out of the Bay Area where our home was located that she sold for us, however, if we are ever in an area where Jackie is available, we would definitely use her again. Jackie had been recommended to us, so we had a certain level of “hopes” and expectations before even using her, however she surpassed those hopes and expectations by far. Her work ethic and professionalism made our experience a real positive pleasure.
